“Hathmaluwa” which is prepared in upcountry has included seven vegetables. It is a traditional Sinhala meal since ancient times. Usually, it prepares in the avurudu season in every house in upcountry. ‘Maalu ambul thiyal’, origins from coastal area in the southern province of Sri lanka and it is perfect with rice, bread, and roti. Ambulthiyal recipe descended in generation to generation with their secret ingredients.
Pol sambal is the another food acccording to sri lankan culture. Everyone on the island has eaten that delicious curry with bread or rice.
People used diiferrent ways to prepare, some make it using garlic. Some make it using pepper. However, every type of ways gives heaven feeling
